Hello everyone, I hope those with a conscience reach this campaign. I’ll be responsible for collecting funds for Waseem’s campaign. This is a singular campaign to ensure Waseem receives the funds required to evacuate and reunite with his family. His story in his words;

Hello, my name is Waseen Haroun, and I am 17 years old. I had a dream and ambition to become an engineer, and I was eagerly waiting for the day I would join the university. However, this dream was shattered on October 7th, turning my life from light to darkness. You know what the situation is like in Gaza and the daily hardships we face just to obtain water, food, or even bread.

I no longer have the strength to continue living because I have lost my energy and passion, and it feels like I am 90 years old.

My family is in Egypt, and I live alone in Gaza. My house was destroyed after the street I lived on was bombed. I live amid all this destruction and fear, and at any moment, I could lose my life. I feel all of this while being alone, with no one beside me. I don’t want to die; I want to meet them because they once said, “We want to see you as an engineer.”

I am asking for your help to escape this destruction, continue my education, and reunite with my family.
